The National Cadet Program was officially launched yesterday, November 24, 2025, in Cestos City, Rivercess County. The ceremony brought together student leaders, teachers, local authorities, traditional chiefs, lawmakers, and other key stakeholders from across the county. The gathering symbolized a unified commitment toward empowering Liberia’s young people through structured leadership and service opportunities.
