The National Cadet Program was officially launched yesterday, November 24, 2025, in Cestos City, Rivercess County. The Liberia Petroleum Refining Company (LPRC) today donated assorted food items, 10 solar panels, more than 150 mattresses, six bags of used clothing, and 90 bags of 25 kg rice to the Ministry of Youth and Sports for onward delivery to the management of the Liberia Refugee Repatriation, Resettlement
Commission (LRRRC).
